12 years of operations. One year old on paper. Both facts are true.

Precision Translink has moved Pune’s workforce since 2014 — first as the operating hands behind other transport companies, now as a direct vendor with our own contracts and our own name on them.

How we got here

Document
We started in May 2014 with a small fleet and a simple observation: most corporate transport failures are not vehicle failures. They are coordination failures — a driver who wasn't briefed, a route nobody audited, a breakdown with no backup plan. Fixing that is unglamorous, daily work, and it is the work we chose. For twelve years, we did that work largely behind other names. Corporate contracts across manufacturing, education, and technology were served by our vehicles, our drivers, and our operations team — under transport companies who held the client relationship. We learned the discipline that enterprise transport actually demands: shift timings that cannot slip, route plans that survive a monsoon morning, MIS that a procurement team will accept without a follow-up email. We also learned what it costs a client when accountability sits one layer away from the people driving the vehicles.
In April 2026 we incorporated as Precision Translink Pvt. Ltd. That was not a beginning. It was the point at which we stopped operating behind intermediaries and started holding client contracts directly — with the same fleet, the same drivers, and the same operations discipline, now under our own compliance, our own reporting, and our own name.
For a corporate client, the difference is practical. When a vehicle fails at 8:40 AM, there is no chain of vendors to escalate through. When your audit team asks for driver verification records, they come from us. When you want the route plan changed for a new shift, you talk to the people who will actually run it. Twelve years of operating experience, structured so that the responsibility and the operation sit in the same place. That is the entire proposition, and it is the reason the company exists in this form.

OUR MISSION AND VISION

Mission:

To run corporate transport that a client’s admin team never has to think about routes that hold, vehicles that arrive, drivers who are known to us, and reporting that lands before it’s asked for.

Vision:

To be the transport vendor Pune’s enterprises name when a peer asks who they use chosen for operational reliability and direct accountability, not for the lowest quote on the comparison sheet.

Three principles we operate on

Direct relationships.

Every contract we hold, we answer for. There is no intermediary between your admin team and the people who plan the routes, brief the drivers, and respond when something goes wrong. Where we deploy vetted partner vehicles to meet volume, they operate under our compliance standards, our supervision, and our contract — not as a handoff of responsibility.

Accountability on the bad day.

Any vendor performs on a normal Tuesday. What separates operators is how they respond when a vehicle fails or a driver doesn’t report. Our Quick Response Team is there to dispatch backup support, keep the route running, and resolve the root cause afterwards. We focus on rapid response and recovery to keep service disruptions to a minimum.

Drivers as the brand.

The driver is the only part of this service your employees actually meet. So drivers are background-checked before deployment, trained on route and conduct, put in uniform, monitored on the road, and reassessed on schedule. Vehicle quality can be bought. Driver consistency has to be managed.

Let's discuss how we can serve your team.
